DELIVERY CHARGES & OPTIONS
During holiday periods there may be slight delay in your orders. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this busy period.
Australia delivery options (orders placed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Deliver charges are per order. Orders over $75.00 include free postage Australia wide, with an option for paid express. Overseas orders are based postage rates from Australia Post.
All delivery charges include packaging and handling.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
To the best of our ability all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and despatched.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot deliver to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please email sales@sueannewells.com.au with your order number. Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 1-2 days, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
